Mobile Mate is a tech repair and device store in Cape Quarter Lifestyle Village, Green Point. Our team brings more than 30 years of combined experience to phone, tablet and laptop repairs, and most phone repairs are done in about an hour.

Book-ins, sales and advice happen in our store, and repairs are done in our repair lab in the same building. We mostly use AAA-grade parts, test every repair before you collect it and back our work with up to a 6-month warranty. We’re also an accredited out-of-warranty repairer to a large Western Cape public enterprise, and we look after company devices for businesses across Cape Town.

If you’re looking for a phone repair shop, this is the place to go! I brought my phone here yesterday based on a recommendation from ChatGPT. To be honest, the condition was so bad I didn't think it could be fixed. But the staff provided excellent advice and were very clear about the pricing and the timeframe. In the end, they brought my phone back to life! If you're having any issues with your phone, you should definitely come here. You won't be disappointed.
