During Winter (June to August) we open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturdays 9am to 4pm .For the rest of the year we open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturdays 9am to 4pm .

Android and/or iPhone battery replacements are a good idea when you are running into performance difficulties, such as if the battery is struggling holding charge. This can indicate either a faulty component or, more commonly, degradation, as all cell phone batteries lose charge capacity as the months and years go on. We recommend waiting until either your device hits 80 percent battery health or lower. 

We are an Out-of-Warranty Repair Centre so the suggestion would be to contact your Service Provider or Device Manufacturer directly, unless the device has been exposed to liquid or subject physical damage, then of course, you are welcome to pop in for an assessment .

We utilise mostly AAA Graded Generic parts in terms of LCD’s , batteries and other components . Should we be in a position to source Apple Original Parts on an ad-hoc basis we will advise accordingly . In the case of Samsung and Huawei devices , we supply both Original and AAA Generic components . Note that our AAA Grade Generic parts are extremely cost effective and backed up by a 6 (six) month warranty period . We spend a great deal of our time meticulously sourcing parts as well as nurturing relationships with our suppliers, ensuring the final product to you meets a stringent high standard of functionality and sustainability .
